Madam Tulpan just wished to piss, but unexpectedly after the exuberant amount of piss that she released into my mouth, she determined to crap. I wasnt ready for that, and still dizzy from a lot of piss, but humbly kept my mouth open. And she trickled the most runny kaviar she has ever shat into me. With my throat still wet from her pee, this unexpectedly liquid stool just slid down into my throat without me even noticing it. Which was nice and worrisome at the same time.
