Jake, Bella and Milo plan a surprise party for Fizz. Max and Judy help them decorate the playroom and Katie, the lady next door to the playgroup, has made a birthday cake for Fizz. Max reads a story to the Tweenies about two rabbits called Max and Ruby, who try to make a birthday cake for their Grandma before the party is ready. Then, Judy calls them over and Fizz opens her presents. She receives a jigsaw puzzle from Bella, a pack of coloured crayons from Milo, a box of jelly babies from Jake and a book of birthday songs with a song tape from Max and Judy. Afterwards, Bella, Jake, Milo, Judy and Max all sing Happy Birthday to Fizz and Fizz blows out the candles.
